Supplier Payments & Payouts

1. Booking Payments

When a customer completes a booking on UnlockYourTravel.com:

• The customer makes payment directly through the UnlockYourTravel.com platform using approved payment methods.
• BillStreet LLC collects the total booking amount on behalf of the supplier.
• The total amount includes the supplier's service price, applicable taxes, and platform service fees, as displayed at the time of booking.

UnlockYourTravel.com acts as a marketplace and payment facilitator between customers and suppliers.

2. Commission Structure

UnlockYourTravel.com operates on a commission-based model.

• The applicable commission rate is agreed upon separately with each supplier and outlined in the Supplier Agreement or dashboard.
• Commission is deducted from the total booking amount before payout to the supplier.
• Commission rates may vary depending on the service type, partnership terms, or promotional agreements.

3. Payout Timing

• Payouts are processed within 7 working days of each month.
• Each payout covers completed and eligible bookings from the previous calendar month.
• Only bookings that have been successfully completed and not subject to refunds, disputes, or chargebacks are included in the payout calculation.

Any adjustments related to cancellations, refunds, or disputes from prior periods may be deducted from the monthly payout.

4. Supported Payout Methods

Suppliers may receive payouts through approved payout methods, which may include:

All payout details must be accurately provided by the supplier through the supplier dashboard or onboarding process.

5. Currencies

If a booking or invoice is calculated in another currency, the amount will be converted to MNT using the exchange rate applicable on the date the payout is sent, as determined by the relevant bank or payment provider.

UnlockYourTravel.com does not control exchange rates and is not responsible for any currency fluctuations, conversion differences, or fees charged by banks or payment service providers.

6. Taxes & Supplier Responsibilities

• Suppliers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and paying any applicable taxes related to their services, unless otherwise required by law.
• UnlockYourTravel.com does not provide tax advice and does not assume responsibility for supplier tax obligations.
• Suppliers must ensure that pricing provided to the platform complies with local tax regulations.

7. Adjustments, Refunds & Chargebacks

• In the event of a customer refund or cancellation, supplier payouts may be adjusted accordingly.
• If a payout has already been made, the refunded amount may be deducted from future payouts.
• Chargebacks, disputes, or fraud-related reversals may result in delayed or withheld payouts until the matter is resolved.
• Suppliers are required to cooperate fully in dispute resolution processes.

8. Compliance & Verification

To receive payouts, suppliers must:

• Complete identity and business verification requirements
• Provide accurate banking and contact information
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in delayed or suspended payouts.
