Cancellation Types

FLEXIBLE Flexible Cancellation

  • • A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date and time.
  • • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund.
  • • Requests to change or modify a booking submitted within 24 hours of the start time cannot be accepted.

NON-REFUNDABLE Non-Refundable Bookings

  • • These bookings are final and cannot be refunded or modified once confirmed.
  • • If cancelled or amended for any reason, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

MODERATE Moderate Cancellation

  • • Guests may receive a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 4 full days prior to the scheduled start date and time.
  • • Cancellations made within 4 full days of the start time are non-refundable.
  • • Booking changes requested within 4 full days of the start time are not permitted.

STRICT Strict Cancellation

  • • A full refund is available for cancellations made 7 or more full days before the experience begins.
  • • Cancellations made within 7 full days of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • • Booking changes requested within 7 full days of the start time cannot be accommodated.

LOCKED-IN Locked-In Cancellation

  • • A full refund is available for cancellations made 14 or more full days before the experience begins.
  • • Cancellations made within 14 full days of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
  • • Booking changes requested within 7 full days of the start time cannot be accommodated.

2. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to attend or use a booked service without prior cancellation in accordance with the applicable policy.

Hotels & Accommodations

  • • A no-show will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • • No refund will be issued if the guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date or does not arrive within the accommodation's designated check-in time without prior notice.
  • • Early check-out, partial stays, or unused nights are non-refundable.

Activities & Tours

  • • Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time or to participate in the activity will be treated as a no-show.
  • • No refund will be issued for no-shows.
  • • Partial attendance, early departure, or missed portions of an activity do not qualify for a refund.

Airport Transfers & Transportation

  • • Failure to arrive at the agreed pickup location or to provide accurate pickup details will be considered a no-show.
  • • In such cases, the booking will be fully charged and non-refundable.
  • • Delays caused by missed flights, incorrect information, or failure to communicate changes are the guest's responsibility unless otherwise stated in the booking's specific terms.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
  • Any payment provider or bank fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with supplier terms and applicable laws.
