1 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to UnlockYourTravel.com ("UnlockYourTravel," "we," "our," or "us"), an online travel marketplace operated by BillStreet LLC, a company registered in Mongolia. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and BillStreet LLC governing your access to and use of the UnlockYourTravel.com website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.
2 Definitions
"Platform"
Refers to the UnlockYourTravel.com website, mobile apps, and all related booking and content services.
"Travel Service Provider(s)"
Refers to the third-party suppliers of travel products, including but not limited to hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour operators, and activity providers.
"Travel Service(s)"
Refers to the products and services offered by Travel Service Providers and bookable through our Platform.
"User Content"
Refers to reviews, photos, comments, questions, and other content you submit to the Platform.
3 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
4 Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract to use our booking services.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and for updating such information to keep it accurate.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
5 Scope of Service; Role of UnlockYourTravel
UnlockYourTravel is a travel marketplace and technology platform. We do not own, create, sell, resell, provide, or control the Travel Services. The Travel Services are owned, controlled, and provided by third-party Travel Service Providers.
Intermediary Role
When you make a booking through our Platform, you are entering into a direct, legally binding contract with the Travel Service Provider. UnlockYourTravel acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Provider, facilitating the booking and processing payments.
No Endorsement or Warranty
Our inclusion of a Travel Service Provider on the Platform is not an endorsement. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of the listings. We are not responsible for the conduct, performance, or non-performance of any Travel Service Provider.
6 Bookings, Payments, and Financial Terms
Pricing
All prices displayed are set by the Travel Service Providers or by us in coordination with them. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Prices may include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., resort fees, baggage fees, service taxes) charged directly by the provider at the destination.
Payment
You authorize UnlockYourTravel, or its designated third-party payment processor, to charge your provided payment method for the total booking amount, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Full Online Prepayment (Pay Now)
- • All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation through our secure online payment system.
- • The total booking amount is collected by UnlockYourTravel on behalf of the hotel, airport transfer provider, tour operator, or other service provider.
- • Once payment is successfully completed, your reservation is fully confirmed, and no further payment for the booked services is required on arrival or at the point of service.
- • Any additional or optional services not included in your original booking—such as extra luggage for transfers, waiting time charges, room upgrades, minibar items, spa services, meals, or add-on activities—must be paid directly to the relevant service provider at the time of use.
- • In the event of a cancellation or no-show, any applicable refund or penalty will be processed strictly in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed on your booking page for the respective service.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from us with an order number on it. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details and report any discrepancies immediately. It is necessary to check your information whether it is right before placing an order.
7 User Conduct and Responsibilities
When using UnlockYourTravel, you agree to:

8 User Content License
By submitting User Content, you grant UnlockYourTravel a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

9 Intellectual Property
- All content on UnlockYourTravel (logos, design, text, images, software) is owned by or licensed to BillStreet LLC.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit content without prior written permission.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• UnlockYourTravel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or Travel Services.
• Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the total booking amount paid through the Platform.
• Travel Service Providers are solely responsible for the fulfillment of bookings.
11 Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- •Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Travel Service Provider.
- •You will be informed of applicable policies before completing a booking.
- •Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the provider's terms.
- •UnlockYourTravel is not responsible for provider decisions on cancellations or refunds.
- •You must read the cancellation policy of the supplier carefully before placing an order.
⚠️ Important:
Bookings made within at least 24 hours of the scheduled service delivery are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the supplier's cancellation policy. Similarly, if the date of arrival or service commencement falls within this period, refund requests will not be accepted, except where the supplier's policy provides otherwise.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillStreet LLC, its directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- • Your use of the Platform.
- • Your breach of these Terms.
- • Your violation of third-party rights.
13 Force Majeure
Neither UnlockYourTravel nor the Travel Service Providers shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, government restrictions, severe weather, nuclear disasters, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party affected ("Force Majeure Event").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event affecting a booking, the policies of the Travel Service Provider regarding cancellations and refunds will apply. UnlockYourTravel will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred and will act only as an intermediary to facilitate communication and resolution between you and the provider.
14 Travel Documentation and Risks
You are solely responsible for obtaining, possessing, and verifying all required travel documents for your entire itinerary. This includes, but is not limited to, valid passports, visas, re-entry permits, health certificates, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements for your destination(s) and transit points. It is your responsibility to verify these requirements with the relevant embassies, consulates, or official government sources well in advance of your travel. UnlockYourTravel is not liable for any losses or expenses resulting from your failure to secure proper documentation.
Assumption of Risk & Travel Advisories
You acknowledge that travel, by its nature, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, disability, property damage, or death. These risks can arise from activities, transportation, weather, civil unrest, terrorism, or the negligence of providers or other third parties.
You are strongly advised to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by your supplier prior to booking and departure.
BY OFFERING TRAVEL SERVICES TO DESTINATIONS THAT ARE LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE, UNLOCKYOURTRAVEL DOES NOT REPRESENT, ENDORSE, OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH AREAS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK. UNLOCKYOURTRAVEL IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS, INCLUDING INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH.
15 Special Requests
Any special requests (e.g., wheelchair accessibility, dietary restrictions, specific room views or locations) submitted to a Travel Service Provider through our Platform are requests only and are not guaranteed. UnlockYourTravel is not liable for a provider's failure to fulfill a special request.
16 Privacy & Cookies
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17 Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mongolia.
19 Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between UnlockYourTravel and you regarding the Platform.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
20 Governing Language
In the event of any discrepancy, inconsistency, or conflict between translated versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative and legally binding text.
